Meet our Executive Team
Lance Sager
Managing Partner
Lance Sager is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Green Sage Capital.
He leverages over 18 years of experience in financial services and accounting, focusing on the Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Real Estate and Alternative Investment, Consumer Goods & Manufacturing sectors. Prior to Green Sage, Lance worked with Credit Suisse, Sun Capital Partners, Westbrook Partners and other prominent private companies. His past work as an accountant in the auditing and tax practice of Ahearn, Jasco & Co, CPA’s gave him a strong foundation for being able to analyze a company’s financial statement. Lance is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida. His hobbies include practicing yoga, the beach and coaching his boys’ baseball and soccer teams. Lance received a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Central Florida with Graduate work done at Florida Atlantic University. Lance is also a graduate of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, where he was a 4-year letterman in baseball. A native Floridian, he currently resides in Palm Beach, Florida with his wife and two sons.
Simon Kandial
Managing Partner
Simon Kandial is the Co-founder and Partner of Green Sage Capital.
He brings over 18 years of experience in Finance including Real Estate Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds and Alternative Investments with 8 Billion under management. Prior to forming Green Sage Capital, he worked at Credit Suisse, Citi Private Bank and Bank of New York Mellon. Simon, a member of Delta-Mu-Delta honor roll society, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from City University of New York as well as an MBA in Business Administration. Simon is a licensed Realtor in the state of New York. Simon is also the proud husband and father of his children. His hobbies include exotic cars, design, sports, technology innovations and working out. He was born and raised in London UK, and now currently resides in Long Island, New York.
Adam Ruppel
Managing Director
Adam Ruppel brings his 26 years of Financial, Investment and Venture Capital experience to Green Sage Capital.
Previously, Adam ran his own consulting firm and restaurant group with over 10 locations in the Phoenix metro area for over a decade. Adam also worked at Goldman Sachs and Charles Schwab as a Director in Active Trader Finance. Adam is also the proud father of two daughters and a son. His hobbies include piloting with over 9,000 flying hours, playing golf and traveling with his family. Adam is a decorated veteran serving in the United States Armed Forces and completed his undergraduate work at St. Joseph’s University in PA and his MBA at Northern Arizona University. A native Californian, he currently runs our office in Scottsdale, Arizona.
David Jaskolski
Director of Business Capital
David serves as Director of Business Capital and leads the business lending division.
Leveraging his diverse background in various alternative financial products, David specializes in creating unique solutions catering directly to the specific financial needs of businesses. David’s main responsibilities are developing new business opportunities as well as overseeing current client relationships to ensure they are well taken care of. David received his Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting & Finance from The University of Delaware where he held many chair positions in his fraternity Sigma Alpha Epsilon. David is also a graduate of Chaminade High School in Mineola, New York where he was a 4-year letterman in both football and lacrosse. David is also a licensed Realtor in the state of New York. David currently resides in Long Island, New York, where he was born and raised.
Ashley Wilder
Senior Loan Processor
As a licensed real estate agent (FL & CA) and investor with over fourteen years of experience, Ashley brings extensive knowledge in sales, planning, development, and property management.
As the head of Green Sage Capitals processing team, Ashley specializes in finance logistics and organization. Her interests include a love of travel, running and playing golf. Ashley received a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Florida with a Master of Science from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. Originally from San Diego, CA, she currently resides in Palm Beach, Florida.
